Terms and Conditions




We will gladly exchange products within 14 days of purchase if you would like a different size or product. 

Please contact us via email for exchanges.  You will need to return the product you received in its original packaging and as new, then let us know what you would like to exchange. 

The products will need to be unworn to be eligible for an exchange. 

Shipping for exchanges will be at the customer's expense. 



Chandra Collections does not do refunds, only exchanges.

If you are not sure what you would like to exchange for, we are happy to send you a Credit Note with a 1-year expiration date.


Shipping Policy


Our online business hours are Tuesday-Friday, 9am-5pm. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours from Northern NSW, Australia. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email

Domestic (within Australia)

Regular with tracking (Australia Post) - Delivery 4-10 business days

Express with tracking (Australia Post) - $15 flat rate - Delivery 1-5 business days



International - EMS (Australia Post)
$25 flat rate with tracking - Delivery 10 -20 business days


All orders are sent with tracking information that is provided upon dispatch.  Please note that, on occasion, orders may be subject to delays outside of our control as a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery if desired.  If an item has been damaged during transport please notify us immediately and provide photographic evidence of the damage so we can investigate further.




All Chandra Collections Jewellery purchases made through our online store and boutiques have a 3-month warranty.  This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and any defects in materials.  Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.


Chandra Collections Jewellery pieces are delicate and should be handled with care as explained in the product care card that is enclosed with your order. 


Once your item is received by us, we will assess the item and liaise with you as to either replace in full if faulty, or we may elect to repair depending upon the issue.  Our aim is to provide great customer service and work with you to ensure that your concerns are resolved, and you are satisfied.


Please note that wear and tear during normal use is not considered a fault. The warranty does not cover chain breakage or general wear and tear.  General wear and tear includes tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery over time, and therefore, is not covered by warranty. Chandra Collections is not responsible for the loss of jewellery and cannot deem an item faulty without assessment.


Any repairs requested after the offered 3-month warranty period will require a small repair fee and return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
