 Front of house. You're the one who puts a piece in someone's hand and finds the right words for it. Steady, warm, unhurried, good with people who are still deciding and good at styling, helping our customers find their beloved treasures. Sales. Suits: shop floor, markets and pop-ups, customer care, packing and dispatch.

Wholesale

The trade side. Stockists, order books, line sheets, the follow-up that actually happens. Organised, direct, comfortable on the phone and in a spreadsheet on the same afternoon. Suits: account management, wholesale sales, order coordination.

Based: Online, with once-a-year work in Melbourne for the Trade Fair.

Digital

The parts of Chandra that live on a screen. Words, images, listings, campaigns, the small technical fixes nobody notices when they're done well. Suits: social and content, e-commerce and product copy, email, graphic design, SEO.

Based: Online, or online/physical in Bangalow for photos and content creation.
